Terms of participation
What these conversations are
Each table is a 60-minute listening conversation hosted by Allan for All. They are not fundraisers. No contribution is requested, required, or accepted through registration or hosting.
Registration
Registering reserves a seat subject to capacity. Full tables place you on a waitlist in order. You may cancel at any time by replying to your confirmation or emailing the campaign, and canceling releases your seat to the next person.
Hosting requests
Submitting a host request is a request, not a confirmed event. Do not reserve or pay for a venue, buy food or supplies for the campaign, accept a special discount, invite the public, or publish an address before you receive written confirmation.
Venue status
Named places are suggestions only. No business, museum, church, school, or institution named on this site is a partner, sponsor, host, endorser, or advertiser of Allan for All unless the campaign states so in writing on that page.
Conduct
Tables are small and civil. We ask everyone to let others finish, keep what is personal in the room private, and refrain from recording without the group's agreement. The campaign may end a conversation or decline a registration where conduct, safety, or access requires it.
Changes and cancellations
Weather, venue availability, safety, or compliance review can move or cancel a table. Registrants are notified using the transactional contact information they provided. Canceled and completed tables keep honest status labels on the site.
Content you share
Questions and comments may inform published listening summaries. Summaries never include your name, address, contact details, or identifying specifics unless you give written consent.
